There are many types of pain in the human body, among which headaches are a matter of great pain. Working with headaches all day is quite uncomfortable.
People can’t do normal work due to headaches. Living a healthy, beautiful, and comfortable life is very useful to stay healthy from all kinds of diseases including headaches.
Those who suffer from headaches for various reasons including migraines. It is very important for them to get rid of this pain.
Dua for Headache:
Let’s find out; If you have a headache, you should recite the prayer of Quranul Kareem-
Arabic Pronunciation: لَا يُصَدَّعُونَ عَنْهَا وَلَا يُنزِفُونَ
English Transliteration: ‘La yusaddauna anha wa la yungyifun.’ (Surah: Al-Waqi’ah, verse: 19).
English Translation: They will not suffer from headaches and they will not intoxicated (or tired).
How to recite this Dua: When someone has a headache. Then he will hold his head with his right hand and recite this prayer 3 times. InshaAllah! Headache can be relieved.
Dua’s Migraine Headaches:
If you are feel migraine pain in you brain, then Recite this dua’s following:
Arabic Pronunciation:
قُلْ مَن رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ قُلِ ٱللَّهُ ۚ قُلْ أَفَٱتَّخَذْتُم مِّن دُونِهِۦٓ أَوْلِيَآءَ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ لِأَنفُسِهِمْ نَفْعًا وَلَا ضَرًّا
English Transliteration: Qul mar rabbus-samāawaāti wal-arḍh. Qu-lil-lāh, qul a fattakhażtum min dụnihī auliyāa lā yamlikụna lianfusihim naf’anw wa lāa ḍhar-raa.
English Translation: Say: Who is the Lord of the heavens and earth? Say: Allah! Say: Have you then taken guardians besides Allah who do not control their own help or harm? (Ar-Ra’ad: 16)
Also you can recite this:
Recite Durood Ibrahim 1 time, recite Surah Ikhlas 1 time and finish Durood Pak recitation 1 time. Next, blow on the forehead of the person experiencing migraine pain. If you are feeling a headache, you can ask any friend or family member to blow on your forehead
If your pain does not go away after 1 time, you can do it 3 times, 7 times or 11 times. Of course, before completing 11 times, the pain will fade and you will feel better
